Il Residence

Complesso di nuova costruzione, in posizione privilegiata e tranquilla, ma a pochi passi dal centro con i suoi negozi , il pittoresco mercatino serale e gli intrattenimenti per bambini. Il Residence è fronte mare, prospiciente il caratteristico porticciolo turistico di La Caletta, da dove partono numerose escursioni naturalistiche in barca nel Golfo di Orosei.

Diverse sono le spiagge raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti:
subito a sinistra del porticciolo si trovano le spiagge di San Giovanni e Posada che alternano piccole insenature sabbiose, scogli e proseguono fino a Budoni; A destra invece inizia la bellissima spiaggia Grande, una striscia di sabbia bianchissima che è lunga oltre 3 km e arriva al piccolo borgo di pescatori di Santa Lucia.
Le spiagge sono dolcemente degradanti, permettendo la balneazione anche ai bimbi, ombreggiate alle spalle da ampie pinete.

Gratuitamente a disposizione degli ospiti vi è la grande piscina con solarium.

Nel raggio di pochi km si trovano molte altre spiagge e scogliere di rara bellezza, come le isole di Tavolara e Molara, Capo Coda Cavallo, Capo Comino, Cala Liberotto, Cala Ginepro, Cala Gonone, Berchida, L’Oasi di Bidde Rosa, ecc. Tutte raggiungibili in auto o bus , oppure in barca, sia con gite organizzate, sia con natanti affittati presso le strutture turistiche del porto.

L’animata localita’ turistica di San Teodoro con le famose discoteche ed i locali vip si trova a soli 20 minuti di auto.

L’Appartamento

L'appartamento Arianna è al secondo piano (con ascensore) di una struttura residenziale prestigiosa di nuova costruzione, ed è prospiciente la tranquilla area condominiale privata a disposizione degli ospiti. È un monolocale 4 posti letto molto luminoso di circa 40 mq, arredato con gusto e ben organizzato, diviso in una zona cucina/pranzo, una zona notte divisa da un separe’ con 2 letti a scomparsa e una zona soggiorno/notte con divano letto matrimoniale, dotato di un bagno con antibagno e di un’ ampia veranda con tavolo e sdraio.

Gli spazi sono accessoriati con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godere di una vacanza perfetta :
TV Satellitare, aria condizionata, lavatrice, vani e armadi per riporre i vostri bagagli.
La cucina è moderna e completamente arredata, dotata di un ampio frigorifero con congelatore, un piano di cottura a gas con forno, Batteria da cucina, piatti e posate e una ricca dotazione di accessori sono pronti all'uso al vostro arrivo.
Il bagno è luminoso e comprende tutto il necessario, compreso un comodo box doccia.

Il ristorante convenzionato è “Da Giovanna” a pochi passi dall’appartamento. Un ambiente simpatico e molto familiare,con cucina tipica, dove è possibile richiedere un abbonamento pasti a prezzo vantaggioso per la durata della vostra vacanza.

Sono numerosi gli Agriturismo nella zona che servono menu’ tipici della tradizione sarda.

The Studio Apartment is in a quite and calm place, just a short walk from the town center with its shops, the local market and evening entertainments for childrens.
The residence is few meters from the Sea Front on the characteristic touristic harbour and the Pier where the escursions starts for the Orosei area. Many beaches are at walking distance : at the left of the port are the beaches of San Giovanni and Posada alternating small sandy coves, rocks and continuing up to Budoni; On the right hand begins the Grande beach, a strip of white sand that is over 3 km long and reaches the small fishing village of Saint Lucia. The beaches are all gently sloping, allowing the children to bathe, shaded behind by large pine trees. Free to guests' disposal there is a large swimming pool with solarium. In a few km you will find many other beaches and cliffs of rare beauty, as the islands of Tavolara and Molara, Capo Coda Cavallo, Capo Comino, Cala Liberotto, Juniper Cala, Cala Gonone, Berchida, L'Oasis Bidde Rosa, etc. All reachable by car or bus, or boat, or by organized trips, both boats rented at the tourist facilities of the port. The lively touristic town of San Teodoro with the famous nightclubs and VIP rooms is just 20 minutes by car.

The Studio Apartment is on the second floor (with elevator) of a prestigious new residential construction. It is a studio apartment with 4 sleep places very bright for about 40 mq, tastefully furnished and well-organized, divided into a kitchen / dining room, a sleeping area with 2 beds, and a living-room area with a sofa bed room, equipped with an anteroom and a bathroom with a large balcony with table and chairs.
The spaces are equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation:
Satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, storage and cupboards to store your luggage.
The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with a large refrigerator with freezer, a hob with gas oven, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery and a rich endowment of accessories are ready for your arrival. The bathroom is bright and includes everything needed, including a comfortable shower.

Die Wohnanlage

Neue Wohnanlage in bevorzugter und ruhiger Umgebung, unweit vom Zentrum mit seinen Geschäften, einem abendlichen, sehr pittoresken Markt und Spiel-einrichtungen für Kinder entfernt. Die Wohnanlage ist zum Meer ausgerichtet und befindet sich einem kleinen Yachthafen gegenüber. Von hier aus haben Sie die Möglichkeit, unzählige Bootsausflüge im Golf von Orosei in Anspruch zu nehmen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich gleich mehrere Strandabschnitte, alle zu Fuß erreichbar: auf der linken Seite des Hafens befinden sich die Strände von San Giovanni und Posada. Diese bieten bis Budoni kleine Sandbuchten sowie Fels-küstenabschnitte. Auf der rechten Seite beginnt ein sehr schöner, großer Sandstrand-abschnitt mit weißem Sand, der sich über 3 Kilometer Länge bis zum kleinen Fischerdorf Santa Lucia ausdehnt. Die Strände sind leicht abfallend und mit schattenträchtigen Pinienbäumen im Hintergrund, ideal für Familien mit Kindern.

Kostenlos können Sie das Swimmingpool und Solarium nutzen.

In einem Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern befinden sich weitere Strände und Felsküsten seltener Schönheit, wie die Inseln Tavolara und Molara, Capo Coda Cavallo, Capo Comino, Cala Liberotto, Cala Ginepro, Cala Gonone, Berchida, L’Oasi di Bidde Rosa, u. a., alle mit dem Auto, Bus oder mit dem Boot erreichbar. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, entweder an organisierten Bootsausflügen teilzunehmen oder ein Boot am Hafen zu mieten.

Der lebendige Ort San Teodoro mit seinen bekannten Diskotheken und seinen VIP-Lokalen ist nur ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) einer neuen, heraus-ragenden Wohnanlage mit Blick auf den ruhigen, privaten Gartenbereich (mit Pool), der den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.
Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmerwohnung mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen, ca. 40 qm groß und sehr hell, gut aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll ein-gerichtet. Die Wohnung hat einen Küchen- und Essbereich, einen durch einen Raumteiler getrennten Schlafbereich mit zwei verstaubaren Betten und einen Wohnbereich mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa mit Doppelbett.
Ein Bad mit Vorbad und einem großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen runden den Wohnkomfort ab.

Die Wohnbereiche sind mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet, um den Urlaub entspannt zu genießen: TV mit Satellitenanlage, Air Conditioning, Tresor, Wasch-maschine, Stauräume und Schränke für die Koffer. Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Gasherd, Küchengeräte, Geschirr und weiteres Zubehör stehen Ihnen zur sofortiger Nutzung bereit. Das Bad ist hell und komplett ausgestattet, inkl. einer bequemen Dusch-kabine.
